How do I contact a parent or guardian because their child needs attention?

You can send a text (SMS) message to the child's parent/guardian. Alternatively, you can use the security code or PIN to display your church's local pager system.

To find the necessary information or send a text, navigate to the child's family, select the child, then tap the "My Account" button at the lower right. (Note: you may need to use the Master Kiosk Passcode if you require PIN or other authorization to select a person). You will be taken to the Quick Status screen. Here you can see the security code & PIN number. In addition, there is a button at the bottom of the screen to send a text message to the parent/guardian. (Note: the text will be sent to the person who checked the child in. If the child checked themselves in, the text will be sent the head of household).
