Family Selection Screen

After a person is identified through the Account Access Screen, the Family Selection Screen will be displayed if the Show Family Selection system option is set to Yes and either of the following conditions are met:

  • There is more than one person in the household

  • There is only one person in the household but the Check In Non-Family Members system option is set to Yes

To check in a family member....

  • Click/touch the corresponding picture 
  • The screen will display all available events for that person, select the appropriate event.
  • The screen will revert to the family selection screen and display a pending check-in for that family member.

Repeat this process for all family members and then touch/select the button on the family selection screen that is labeled "finish".

When finish is selected the appropriate labels are printed based on the event's configuration.

To avoid the requirement to select family members individually, users can choose Express Check-in.
