Communication: Mail

The Mail portion of the Communication screen gives you an easy way to generate various printed materials for a selected group of people. You can quickly generate lists, labels, name tags, post cards, envelopes, and snail mail. It also allows you to export excel spreadsheets with demographic data.

It functions essentially the same as the Output Wizard which is already a component of many reports. More information about the Output Wizard

The To button takes you to the same recipient generator as the one in the email area. You can filter by general criteria, event information, or custom searches.

We anticipate that using this area of the Communication screen will be a quicker way to generate certain printed materials than using reports with the output wizard.
