Reserving Rooms and Resources

On the Where tab:

1. Select the room where you would like to hold the event

The rooms tab is divided into sections by Campus. Expand a Campus group to reveal the available rooms. 

Certain rooms will not need approval for use. Some, like the one shown above, will require authorization from certain people before it can be used for your event. When you select to use one of these rooms, an email notification will be sent to the necessary parties to approve or deny your request for the room.

Don't see the room you need?

You can add rooms that you may need by clicking the edit rooms button.


To set up a room:

  • Click on Edit Rooms
  • Click on the New Button
  • Name the room, click Ok
  • Select a Campus (strongly suggested)
  • Add any other pertinent information with the options given. 
  • Click Save

The room has now been added to the list of possible rooms. You can always come back and edit the room details later by clicking Edit Rooms and selecting it from the drop-down list. Click New again to add another room.   If you don't see the Edit Rooms button, it means your system admin has not granted you permission to add rooms.  You need to get them to add the rooms for you.

On the Resources tab:

1. Select the resources that you would need for the event

The resources tab is divided into sections by Campus. Expand a Campus group to reveal the available resources. 

Much like rooms, certain resources will need approval for use. Select the resource that you need and enter the quantity that you expect to use.

When you request a resource, an email notification will be sent to the necessary parties to approve or deny your request.

Don't see the resource you need?

You can add resources that you may need by clicking the Edit Resources button.


To set up a resource:

  • Click on Edit Resources
  • Click on the New Button
  • Enter a name for the resource and click Ok
  • Select the campus where the resource is located
  • Click Save

The resource has now been added to the list of possible resources. You can always come back and edit the resource details later by clicking "Edit Resources" and selecting it from the drop-down list. Click New again to add another resource.
