Single location ministry, currently using paper check-in systems

  1. High Priorities
    • Basic people look-ups and maintenance
    • Contributions entry and accounting reports
    • Online giving (if using this feature) 
      • Set up options like FPS (Financial Processing Services for accepting payments), Web Portal, Mobile App, Guest Giving, Text to Give.  
  2. Middle Priorities
    • Manual Attendance entry
    • Children's Check-in
    • Mass email
    • Set up Ministry Teams and Small Groups for attendance and involvement tracking.
    • Rolling out the Web Portal and Mobile App if haven't yet (Church Directory, Giving, Event Sign-up, Media Center, etc.)
  3. Low Priorities:
    • Weekend check in for youth and adults
    • Weekly prayer requests and follow-ups
    • New Visitor follow up letters and emails
    • Reports
    • Automated background checks
    • Facility use management
    • Special event promotion, registration, and management
    • Automation features

Multi-campus ministry with existing check-in systems

  1. High Priorities
    • Basic people look-ups and maintenance
    • Contributions entry and accounting reports
    • Online giving (if using this feature) 
      • Set up options like FPS (Financial Processing Services for accepting payments), Web Portal, Mobile App, Guest Giving, Text to Give.  
    • Weekday child care check in at main campus
  2. Middle Priorities:
    • Mass email (including by campus)
    • Manual Attendance entry
    • Children's Check-in
    • Weekend check in for youth and adults at all campuses
    • Facility use management
    • Background checks
    • Weekly prayer requests and follow-ups
  3. Low Priorities:
    • Weeknight ministry check in
    • Volunteer management for other ministries
    • Special event promotion, registration and management
    • Automation features
