If you are new to administrating your church database or website solution, we want to give you a warm welcome! Here is information that will help you get oriented and identify how to best move forward.

The Elexio Account Center
The Account Center at http://account.elexio.com is loaded with features to help you manage your account with us, including:
- The products you have and important details about each
- Complete financial records and current billing information
- A list of contacts who are authorized to communicate with us about your account
- Sign-up links for live help sessions and contacting our support team. If you are a new administrator, please click on the Account Center's help tab and sign up for a Next Steps Orientation session.
On the Dashboard of the Account Center you will find specifics about the products your ministry has from Elexio. Here's a quick overview of the major solutions we offer:
Elexio Website is our website Content Management System (CMS). It allows you to easily update and manage your website and can be integrated with your Elexio Database.
Website packages also include an email solution using MailEnable.
Elexio Database is our Church Management Software solution. Powerful and easy-to-use, it's designed to help you manage all aspects of your church. Database includes Elexio Portal, an online portal for your church attenders to view and manage essential information, and Elexio Mobile, the mobile app that includes your directory, online giving, events, and more.
Elexio Check-in is a check-in system that syncs with your database.
We also have clients using an older website product called IntelliSite, which was available before April 2011. IntelliSite users are strongly encouraged to make the switch to our new Website solution, as changes to browsers may affect the function of IntelliSite's Administrative controls.
