Elexio Mobile Installation / Update

On what mobile phones and devices does Elexio Mobile work?

Elexio Mobile is available as a native application on Android and iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch). At this time, Elexio Mobile is not available for Windows phones.

How do I get it?

Updating

If you are already a user of Elexio’s Elexio Mobile application, you may just need to update it to get the new version. If you are using an Apple device, you just need to run the app update via your app store updates screen and you’ll have the new version.

If you are using an Android device or you have never downloaded the application before, you will need to find it in the App or Play store. Keep reading for more details.

Installing - iOS

For iPhone or iPod, enter the App Store, search for "Elexio My Church" and you'll find Elexio Mobile, labeled as "My Church." 

If your ministry has purchased a custom version of the app it will be available under the name created by your ministry.

Installing - Android

Enter the Google Play Store, search for "Elexio My Church" and you'll find Elexio Mobile, labeled as "My Church."

Please note:
If you are a returning Android user, we advise you to delete the old version of the application after you have downloaded the new one.
